going down the long road

dark the houndour walks slowly down the long road wondering where it goes. he spits out an ember attack every few seconds to mark a path for others. all he knows is that this road may lead him to the greatest moment of his life.

Rae walked along the path, Alice her skitty walking right beside her. She then spots a houndour coming from the other direction. She pulls out her pokedex quickly and gets a scan. "Alice! Go, attract!" Rae ordered. Alice then gave Dark a loving stare. She rubbed against his fur romanticly, letting her tail rub under his chin as she walked around him.

dark, thinking a new friend to play, with happily accepted.

Rae grinned. "Now, Alice, confusion!" Rae called out. Alice then looked at Dark in the eyes. Her eyes truned into swirls of purple, spinning round and round, confusing Dark. "Perfect." Rae said quitly to herself. "Poke ball, go!" She yelled as she threw a great ball at Dark, waiting to see if he would escape it.

dark jumps right out of the pokeball infuriated at the trainer. dark laughs to himself as he thinks "should have remembered your type disadvantages"
dark leaps up and uses bite attack. "yes a super effective attack" daek says to himself

Alice yelped in surprise. She then whipped him with her tail, and backed away, waiting for her trainer's next command. "Alice, confusion, again!" Rae yelled to her. Alice then did confusion with her eyes again.

"not very smart, are you?" dark snickers

dark unleashes a powerful flamethrower and uses the chance to escape into the woods that line the road.

Alice squeled as she fell to the ground from the force of the flame thrower. She then got up, shaking it off. She ran after him. "You aren't getting away that easily!" She hissed. Rae ran after Alice. "Alice, come back!" She yelled to her.
