Baby days

Nocturna sneezed loudly, fire splurging out from his beak. He sniffed, then hopped over to his food dish. He ate it quickly, hungry and thirsty. He then hopped sideways to the water bowl, and drank out of it. Lucinda had put a special liquid inside it so that it refreshed Nocturna, but did not hurt him and make his flame die out.

Nicole walked into Lucinda's house."Hello,Lucinda." She said cheerfully

Lucinda walked to the door, leaving her kitchen. "Hello Nicole, how are you today? Have you come to get a baby pokemon, or are you just looking?" She asked, giving a warm smile. Nocturna stepped away from his food and peeked around the corner at the front door.

"I have come to get a baby pokemon to begin my adventure with.But i will wait till its older to battle with though."Nicole said looking at all the baby pokemon."There so cute.I dont know which one to get."

Nocturna then thought of a mischievious idea. He slowly inched his way forward, coming closer and closer behind Nicole. He then pecked her playfully on the hea,d then ran away into the kitchen again, giggling.

Nicole spinned around and felt her head."That was weird?" Then Nicole noticed a Torchick running into Lucinda's kitchen."Hmm...?" Nicole thought going into the kitchen and saw the Torchic laughing.

Nocturna giggled until he saw her standing in the kitchen. He then thought he was in trouble. He looked down, and circled the tile floor with one toe on his left leg. He cheeped, but it didn't mean anything. It was just a sound he made when he didn't know what to say, or if he was just in trouble.

Nicole leaned down and smiled at it as she patted it on the head."Your so cute!"

Nocturna then perked up. He gnawed on her hand playfully.

"Arent you the playful one." Nicole laughed. She picked the Torchick up and carried it to Lucinda and asked "Could I have this one?"

Lucinda nodded. "Sure thing, you can have Nocturna! But let me warn you, you have to keep a good eye on him or he will get into a lot of mischieve!" She said with a giggle. She gave her a bottle of the special liquid to put in his water. Nocturna wriggled out of Nicole's grasp, and began trying to fly, only to fall down every time.

"Oh!" Nicole said catching him."You gotta be careful,Nocturna.And dont go wandering off."

Nocturna nodded, crossing his tail feathers. He then perched himself on her shoulder and tucked his head under his wing. He fell asleep soundly.

"Thank You Lucinda." Nicole thanked her as she wandered out the door with her new friend Nocturna at her side.

Nocturna began to coo as he slept, which was his way of snoring. He was dreamign about flying through the air battling a fierce charizard.

Nicole smiled at Nocturna and walked out into the wide open world.
