History: rai was once a pichu with a loving trainer which allowed evolution into a pikachu. one day, crooks came into the house while no one but rai was thier. although he was timid at the time so he just hid. when they left he felt ashamed and left the house. now he goes around looking for those very same crooks along the way fighting many pokemon (which allowed him evolution into raichu). once he beats the crooks he may return home once and for all.
Personality: fiercly loyal to friends, confident, never backs down, nice to other pokemon and other trainers if he feels them worthy
